A life coach encourages and counsels clients on a range of professional and personal issues. I will help you grow by analyzing your current situation, identifying limiting beliefs and other potential challenges and obstacles you face, and devising a custom plan of action.

Leadership

A leadership coach builds your self-awareness in order to help you reach your full potential. By applying a two-way exchange, I will be there to access and guide your ideas rather than tell you everything I know. I will help you drive your own success, not to “take over”.

Mindfulness

A mindfulness coach is someone who helps you connect to who you truly are. They work with you to navigate your life, uncover your desires, take steps towards living mindfully, all while reducing rumination, and anxiety.

Through our sessions, we can explore your path together in a safe, caring, and confidential environment while identifying and working through roadblocks bringing clarity to your life whether via life, leadership, or mindfulness coaching.

Relationship Coaching is the application of coaching to personal and business relationships.

Stress Management

Stress is a normal response to situational pressures and demands and is a part of everyday life. But chronic stress can lead to mental health problems and medical issues.

Lessons Learned

If you are doing something you really, truly enjoy, it shouldn’t feel like work at all. Ideally, you should feel a sense of alignment between your work and your values.
