Mindfulness is the process of purposely bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring now to be fully present and aware of what we are doing at the moment rather than being overwhelmed or react to what’s happening around us. Which one develops through the practice of meditation and other training.

Ruminating and dwelling are toxic thoughts. The key is to uncover the toxic nature of our negative thoughts and learn how to break free.

As a Mindfulness Coach:

I will work on your default settings and subconscious thoughts

Help you assess and re-program your conditioning so that you are using your unconscious thinking to your advantage. It will also help you to avoid your conscious mind saying/desiring one thing and working in complete opposition to your subconscious mind

Discover and eliminate the root causes that are causing roadblocks. If you change one action and one thought, but you do not work with the underlying parameters or subconscious programming for why you have the barrier/issue in the first place, you treating a symptom instead of eliminating it.

Provide you with tools, so after our session, you can utilize what you've learned and adapt them to your new hurdles.

Support the process of finding out who you are, and help you connect to your life purpose

Help you enter a heightened state of awareness, where the visionary brain can access and thrive on bliss, communion and wisdom

What Is A Mindfulness Coach?

A mindfulness coach is someone who helps you connect to who you truly are. They work with you to change/re-direct/navigate your life, uncover your desires, take steps towards your goals, achieve your dreams, bust limiting beliefs, and remove roadblocks.

A mindfulness coach will work with root causes instead of treating symptoms. Do you want to consciously create? Do you want to own your power? Do you desire growth, progress, abundance, love, and deep satisfaction from your life? The growth that is accomplished with a mindfulness coach includes connection to the divine, working with the universe, taking control of your happiness, stepping into your power, shifting your subconscious, and much more.
